| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou networkingu při podnikatelské činnosti u osmi studentů. Tento tým podnikatelů využívá různé networkingové metody, kterými získává nové pracovní vztahy. V předchozím roce čísla navázaných pracovních vazeb poklesly. Cílem této práce byl najít nejefektivnější networkingové metody, které podnikatelům přinášejí nejvíce nových vztahů a referencí. Pro naplnění cíle si podnikatelé během 1. kvartálu roku vedly záznamy o všech svých networkingových aktivitách. Díky následné analýze těchto dat byly zjištěny nejefektivnější aktivity pro získání co nejvíce nových vazeb. Byla také stanovena doporučení pro lepší využití těchto networkingových metod v podnikatelské praxi. Výstupy práce stanovily nové postupy, díky kterým podnikatelé získají větší množství pracovních konexí důležité pro své podnikatelské úspěchy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of networking in business activities of eight students. This team of entrepreneurs uses various networking methods to gain new working relationships. In the previous year, the number of established working ties decreased. The aim of this work was to find the most effective networking methods that bring entrepreneurs the newest contacts and references. In order to meet the goal, entrepreneurs kept records of all their networking activities during the first quarter of the year. Thanks to the subsequent analysis of these data, the most effective activities were found to obtain as many new links as possible. Recommendations have also been made for better use of these networking methods in business practice. The results of the work set out new procedures, thanks to which entrepreneurs will gain a greater number of job connections important for their business success. |
