| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti Miele technika s.r.o. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit finanční situaci a zdraví firmy. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž se v teoretické části definují vzorce, metody a postupy, jak spočítat ukazatele rentability, aktivity, zadluženosti a likvidity. Dále v teoretické části budou uvedeny vybrané bonitní a bankrotní modely a poslední část bude věnována ekonomické přidané hodnotě. V praktické části se na základě definovaných poznatků v teoretické části vytvoří analýza z účetních výkazů za roky 2016 až 2020. Na závěr se zhodnotí jednotlivé výstupy z analýzy a udělí se doporučení pro firmu. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this bachelor’s thesis is a financial analysis of Prabos plus a.s. The main goal is to evaluate the financial situation and health of the company. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, while the theoretical part defines the formulas, methods and procedures for calculating indicators of profitability, activity, indebtedness and liquidity. Furthermore, the theoretical part will present selected creditworthiness and bankruptcy models and the last part will be devoted to economic added value. In the practical part, based on the defined knowledge in the theoretical part, an analysis is created from the financial statements for the years 2016 to 2020. Finally, the individual outputs of the analysis are evaluated and recommendations for the company are given. |
