| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá situací dabérů na českém trhu práce. Sledovány jsou ekonomické a personální aspekty spojené s dabingem. Hlavní výzkumnou metodou práce byla zvolena kvalitativní analýza podložená polostrukturovanými rozhovory s představiteli různých profesí podílejících se na realizaci dabingu. Práce mapuje pozici dabérů na českém trhu práce z hlediska jejich uplatnitelnosti, pracovních příležitostí a lidského kapitálu. Kvůli obsáhlosti tématu je práce primárně zaměřena na finanční vývoj dabérství v České republice během posledních 10 let. V závěru jsou uvedena doporučení, jak zprostředkovat lepší finanční i jiné podmínky při výkonu tohoto povolání. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the situation of dubbers on the Czech labour market. The economic and personal aspects related to dubbing are monitored. The main research method chosen was a qualitative analysis supported by semi-structured interviews with representatives of various professions involved in the implementation of dubbing. The thesis maps the position of dubbers on the Czech labour market in terms of their employability, job opportunities and human capital. Due to the breadth of the topic, the work is primarily focused on the financial development of dubbing in the Czech Republic over the last 10 years. The paper concludes with recommendations on how to facilitate better financial and other conditions for the profession. |
