| Abstract: | Koronavirová krize ovlivnila nejen životy lidí, ale také významně dopadala na ekonomiku zasažených států. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat její dopady na odvětví pohostinství a stravování v České republice. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje pojem koronavirus, popisuje způsoby šíření nemoci a v neposlední řadě mapuje vývoj pandemie a vládních opatření. Praktickou část tvoří polostrukturované rozhovory s vlastníky restaurací a ministerstvem průmyslu a obchodu. Cílem práce je zmapovat dopady koronavirové krize a identifikovat přínosy a úskalí vládních opatření. Z práce plyne, že mezi hlavní úskalí kompenzací spadá včasnost, rychlost jejich vyřízení a pevná hranice nároků. Ohledně restrikcí vlády byla nejvýznamnějším nedostatkem jejich nestálost a z hlediska ekonomických dopadů, bylo identifikováno snížení bohatství v odvětví a jeho úpadek. |

| Abstract: | The coronavirus crisis-affected people’s lives and had a significant impact on the economies of affected countries. The bachelor thesis aims to identify its effect on the hospitality industry in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the coronavirus and describes how it spreads and its progression. Finally theoretical part of the thesis describes the passage of the government policies in response to the covid-19 outbreak. The practical part consists of semi-structured interviews with restaurant owners and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The thesis aims to describe the coronavirus crisis's impact and identify the benefits and issues of government interventions. The thesis shows that the main problems of compensation include timeliness, speed of settlement, and fixed boundaries of conditions. Regarding the government’s restrictions, the most significant shortcoming was their volatility, and in terms of economic impact, it was the reduction in wealth in industry and its decline. |
