| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním Lean a Six sigma principů na proces třídění vráceného zboží v logistické firmě na trhu online retailu. Nejdříve je poskytnut teoretický pohled na relevantní trh a samotné odvětví reverzní logistiky. Skrze DMAIC je proces analyzován, měřen a jsou navrhnuta jeho zlepšení, způsob jejich implementace a kontroly. Cílem práce je zvýšení produktivity procesu, snížení variability jeho výstupů a jeho celkové zeštíhlení. Práce taktéž nabízí unikátní pohled na v dosavadní literatuře dosud neprobádané téma vztahů metodologie Lean a reverzní logistiky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis deals with applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to a returns sortation process in a logistics company in the online retail market. Firstly, a theoretical overview of the relevant market and reverse logistics itself is provided. DMAIC is then applied to analyze, meassure and contruct improvemnts for the process at hand, as well as their specific implementations and control mechanisms. The goal of the thesis is to increase the productivity of the process while lowering the variability of its outputs and increasing its overall leanness. The thesis also provides a unique look at the so far not at all studied relationship between reverse logistics and Lean. |
