| Abstract: | Cílem autora v rámci bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodnou optimalizaci pro vybranou logistickou společnost. Poměrnou část práce autor věnuje identifikaci samotných pojmů, jako jsou proces, procesní analýza, optimalizace a její formy, následky a problematiky implementace. Samotný proces ve vybrané společnosti je posléze identifikován na základě kvalitativních hloubkových rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky, který je částečně podpořen i autorovou zkušeností s prací ve vybrané společnosti. Je vypracována ABC analýza pro doplnění kvalitativního výzkumu o nákladovou náročnost dílčích fází procesu. Na základě těchto analýz jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky, z nichž autor vychází při doporučování oblasti a formy vhodné optimalizace pro vybranou společnost. Jako nejnákladnější autor identifikuje samotné doručování a jeho přípravu. V této oblasti disponuje vybraná společnost jen velmi omezenou technologickou podporou. V poslední fázi je doporučen postup a jednotlivé kroky v rámci implementace změn doporučených pro odstranění těchto nedostatků. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the author in the bachelor's thesis is to design a suitable optimization for a selected logistics company. The author devotes a proportion of his work to identify the concepts themselves, such as a process, process analysis, optimization and its forms, consequences and the implementation issues. The process itself in the selected company is then identified based on qualitative in-depth interviews with managers, which is partially supported by the author's experience of working in the selected company. An ABC analysis is prepared to second the qualitative research of the cost intensity in the partial stages of the process. Based on these analyses, the strengths and weaknesses are identified, which the author relies on when recommending the area and form of optimization suitable for the selected company. As the most expensive the author identifies the delivery and preparations themselves. The selected company has very limited technological support in this area. The steps of the parties to the recommended procedure within the implementation of the changes recommended to eliminate these shortcomings are defined in the last phase. |
