| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je vytvoření strategické analýzy podniku JRC Czech a.s. a zhodnocení jeho situace na trhu. Cílem této práce je provést prostřednictvím jednotlivých metod analýzu společnosti a následně formulovat návrhy a strategická doporučení v reakci na síly a trendy působící na trh. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou představeny a popsány jednotlivé metody a nástroje strategické analýzy: PESTEL, analýza konkurence, Porterův model 5 sil, VRIO, finanční analýza a SWOT. V praktické části jsou tyto nástroje aplikovány na zkoumaný podnik. Výstupy a poznatky vyplývající z dílčích analýzy jsou shrnuty a zhodnoceny ve SWOT matici, na jejímž základě jsou následně definovány návrhy a strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is the creation of a strategic analysis of the company JRC Czech a.s. and an assessment of its market situation. The aim of this work is to analyze the company through various methods and then formulate proposals and strategic recommendations in response to the forces and trends in the market. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces and describes the various methods and tools of strategic analysis: PESTEL, competition analysis, Porter's model of 5 forces, VRIO, financial analysis and SWOT. In the practical part, these tools are applied to the researched company. The outputs and findings resulting from the partial analyzes are summarized and evaluated in a SWOT matrix, on the basis of which subsequently give the foundation for proposals and strategic recommendations. |
