| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je formulovat doporučení a možnou strategii pro společnost NUTREND D.S. a.s. reagující na okolnosti vzniklé vlivem pandemie COVID-19 za použití metod strategické analýzy. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis použitých metod a nástrojů. Praktická část na to navazuje aplikací těchto nástrojů konkrétně na podnik NUTREND D.S. Práce využívá dílčích analýz a nástrojů, kterými jsou zejména PESTEL analýza, mapa konkurenčních skupin, Porterův model 5 sil, GE matici, VRIO analýzu a Finanční analýzu. Syntéza obsahuje SWOT analýzu a analýzu rizik, které získané informace shrnou a vzájemně propojí. V závěru se na základě získaných informací formulují strategická doporučení pro analyzovanou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define recommendation and possible strategy for company NUTREND D.S. a.s., responding to the circumstances of the pandemic of COVID-19 with application of strategic analysis methods. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical one includes the theoretical description of all used methods and tools. The practical part follows this by applying these tools specifically to the company NUTREND D.S. The work uses partial analyses and tools, which are mainly PESTEL analysis, map of competing forces, Porter's model of 5 forces, GE matrix, VRIO analysis and financial analysis. Synthesis includes SWOT analysis and risk analysis, which conclude all information and interconnect them. In the final part, based on all obtained information, are formulated strategical recommendation for analysed company. |
