| Abstract: | Neziskové organizace jsou velice důležité pro zdravou ekonomiku. Mají však i své problémy a mnoho z nich v důsledku finančních problémů, špatně zvolené strategie či špatného řízení skončí. Tato diplomová práce pracuje s konkrétním případem jedné neziskové organizace, jež ukončila svoji činnost. Cílem této práce je analýza příčin neúspěchu této organizace. K tomu tento dokument využívá analýzu konkrétních rozhodnutí spolku s ohledem na důsledky, které to přineslo. Následně pak využívá nástrojů strategické analýzy a popisuje stav mikro a makrookolí spolku. Poslední analýzou je pak rozbor konkrétních charakteristik úspěšné neziskové organizace a porovnání těchto specifik s charakteristikami analyzovaného spolku. K zisku dat bylo využito analýzy vnitropodnikové komunikační platformy a rozhovorů se členy organizace. Všechny závěry práce jsou následně shrnuty v závěru, jenž zároveň přináší doporučení pro nově vznikající neziskové organizace. |

| Abstract: | Non-profit organizations are essential for a healthy economy. However, they also have their obstacles, and many of them end up due to financial issues, a poorly chosen strategy or management. This master thesis works with a specific case of a non-profit organization that has terminated its activities. The aim of this work is to analyse the causes of the failure of the chosen organization. Therefore, this document uses an analysis of the decisions in the association concerning the consequences. Subsequently, it uses the tools of strategic analysis and describes the state of the organization's micro and macro environment. The subsequent analysis is dedicated to specific characteristics of a successful non-profit organization and the comparison of these specifics with the attributes of the analysed organization. The thesis used analysis of the internal communication platform and interviews with members of the organization to obtain data. Summarization of all findings is in the conclusion part, which also contains recommendations for emerging non-profits. |
