| Abstract: | Záměrem bakalářské práce je vytvořit plnohodnotný podnikatelský plán pro recyklační linku ERVOeco. Cílem podnikatelského plánu je sestavit plnohodnotný podnikatelský plán pro recyklační linku s názvem ERVOeco a vyhodnotit, zda je podnikatelský záměr realizovatelný, životaschopný a zda má případná investice do technologie návratnost v nejbližších letech. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická, vysvětluje obecné pojmy a informace podnikatelského plánu. Seznamuje se strukturou plánu nebo také s cirkulární ekonomikou a samotnými odpady. V druhé, praktické části je obsažen podnikatelský plán, který v prvopočátku definuje problém a řešení problému, na kterém se podnikatelský záměr staví. Následně obsahuje popis technologie ERVOeco a vysvětlení, jak je to s linkou a legislativou v ČR. Po analýzách mikrookolí za pomoci Porterova modelu 5 sil nebo SWOT analýzy se dostaneme ke konci praktické části, která obsahuje finanční plány a analýzu rizik. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny cíle podnikatelského plánu. Práce neobsahuje pouze autorovy poznatky, ale práce přímo čerpá z informací od zaměstnanců firmy LOGeco s.r.o., která za vývoje technologie stojí. |

| Abstract: | The intention of the bachelor thesis is to create a full-fledged business plan for the ERVOeco recycling line. The aim of the business plan is to develop a full business plan for a recycling line called ERVOeco and to evaluate whether the business plan is feasible, viable and whether the potential investment in the technology has a return in the coming years. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, explaining the general concepts and information of a business plan. It introduces the structure of the plan or also the circular economy and the waste itself. The second, practical part contains the business plan, which in the first place defines the problem and the solution to the problem on which the business plan is based. It then contains a description of the ERVOeco technology and an explanation of the line and the legislation in the country. After analyses of the micro-environment using Porter's 5 forces model or SWOT analysis, we come to the end of the practical part, which contains financial plans and risk analysis. The paper concludes with an assessment of the objectives of the business plan. The thesis does not only contain the author's findings, but the thesis directly draws on information from the employees of LOGeco s.r.o., the company behind the development of the technology. |
