| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit sociální pilíř ve vybrané společnosti XYZ – jaké jsou pracovní podmínky pro zaměstnance a zda jsou dostatečně informovaní o zaměstnaneckých výhodách a navrhnutí postupů ke zlepšení sociálního pilíře společnosti. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se vymezují pojmy k porozumění problematiky. Jedná se o pojmy společenské odpovědnosti firem, pracovní podmínky, zaměstnanecké výhody a vzdělávání zaměstnanců, které budou sloužit jako podklad k praktické části. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření provedena analýza a hodnocení spokojenosti ve společnosti, s pracovními podmínkami a nabízenými benefity. Z výsledků dotazníkového šetření budou navržena opatření ke zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the social pillar in the selected company XYZ – what are the working conditions for employees and whether they are sufficiently informed about employee benefits and proposing procedures to improve the social pillar of the company. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis defines the concepts for understanding the issue. These are the concepts of corporate social responsibility, working conditions, employee benefits and employee training, which will serve as a basis for the practical part. In the practical part, an analysis and evaluation of satisfaction in the company with working conditions and benefits offered is performed using a questionnaire survey. From the results of the questionnaire survey, measures will be proposed to improve the identified shortcomings. |
