| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá přístupem České republiky, Nizozemska a Itálie k Průmyslu 4.0 (5.0) skrze představené vládní iniciativy a strategie. Cílem práce je porovnat přístup zkoumaných zemí k Průmyslu 4.0, určit rozdílné a shodné prvky státních iniciativ, možné příčiny těchto rozdílů a podobností a na základě výsledků formulovat doporučení pro budoucí české strategie týkající se Průmyslu 4.0 a 5.0. Využita je metoda obsahové analýzy, která zkoumá vládní dokumenty z let 2014–2018 a 2019–2020. Výsledky práce naznačují shodu iniciativ v zaměření na klíčové technologie Průmyslu 4.0, výzkum a vývoj a vzdělání. Rozdíly lze pozorovat ve stanovených cílech iniciativ, zavádění prvků Průmyslu 5.0 a způsobu dosažení stanovených cílů. Tvůrcům budoucí české strategie lze doporučit důraz na konzistenci, praktičnost iniciativy a zaměření na tvorbu inovačních center a implementaci prvků z novější koncepce Průmyslu 5.0. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the approach of the Czech Republic, Netherlands, and Italy to Industry 4.0 (5.0) through the presented government initiatives and strategies. The aim of this thesis is to compare the approach of examined countries to Industry 4.0 and to identify similar and different elements of initiatives, the possible causes of these similarities and differences and based on the results to formulate recommendations for future Czech strategies related to Industry 4.0 and 5.0. The method of content analysis is used, which examines government documents from 2014–2018 and 2019–2020. The results of the work indicate general agreement of the initiatives in the focus on key technologies of Industry 4.0, research and development and education. Differences can be observed in the stated objectives of the initiatives, the implementation of the elements of Industry 5.0 and the way in which the objectives are achieved. For the future Czech strategy, an emphasis on consistency, practicality and focus on the creation of innovation centers and the implementation of elements of the newer Industry 5.0 concept can be recommended. |
