| Abstract: | Tématem Bakalářské práce jsou regionální rozdíly na trhu práce. Co se na pracovním trhu v České republice děje. Hlavním cílem je přinést odpověď na hlavní rozdíly mezi regiony v podobě zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti a doporučení státu, jak by měl v této problematice postupovat. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti trhu práce. Důraz je pak kladen na ohrožené skupiny nezaměstnaných, kterými jsou ženy, starší lidé nebo studenti. Nakonec je zmíněno vzdělání jako předpoklad pro úspěch na trhu práce. V Praktické části jsou blíže analyzovány jednotlivé ukazatele ovlivňující trh práce z pohledu regionů a vliv úrovně dosaženého vzdělání na jednotlivce a regiony. Na základě těchto dat jsou shrnuty závěry a doporučení pro jednotlivé oblasti státní politiky. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is regional differences at the labor market. What is happening there. The main goal is to answer the pcincipal differences between the regions in the form of employment and unemployment and the state ´s recommendations on how to proceed with this issue. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the labor market. Emphasis is then placed on problematic groups of the unemployed such as women, older people or graduates. Finally education is mentioned as a prerequisite for success in the labor market. In the practical part, individual indicators influencing the labor market from the point of view of regions and the influence of the level of education achieved on individuals and regions are analyzed in more detail. Based on these data, the conclusions nad recommendations for individual areas of state policy are summarized. |
