| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR) ve společnosti Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím analýzy CSR aktivit ve firmě zjistit míru integrace CSR v businessu, motivaci a zaměření CSR. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování konceptu CSR, principy i návrh strategie. V části praktické je představena vybraná společnost a na základě rešerše a hloubkového rozhovoru je provedena analýza CSR aktivit ve firmě. Výsledkem provedené analýzy je navržení CSR strategie a definování aktivit, prostřednictvím kterých je možno dosáhnout dílčích cílů strategie. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of corporate social responsibility (CSR) Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to detect the degree to which CSR exists in the business, the motivation behind it and the main focus of CSR, all of which are based on the analysis of CSR activities in the company. The theoretical part is focused on defining the concept of CSR, its principles and development of a CSR strategy. In the practical part, the selected company is introduced and based on research and in-depth interview, a thorough analysis of CSR activities in the company is conducted. The outcome of the analysis is to propose a CSR strategy and provide partial objectives with suggested activities to achieve them. |
