| Abstract: | Cílem práce je prošetření průběhu a dopadu insolvenčního řízení a reorganizace na společnost VEBA, textilní závody a.s. a její věřitele. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je obecně popsáno insolvenční řízení se zaměřením na reorganizaci. Dále jsou specifikovány metody finanční analýzy, které jsou později použity. V druhé části práce je představena konkrétní společnost, prošetřeno insolvenční řízení vybrané společnosti a její reorganizace včetně uplatňování pohledávek věřitelů na základě informací dostupných z insolvenčního rejstříku. Dále je provedeno zjištění dopadu insolvenčního řízení na společnost pomocí metod finanční analýzy za použití účetních závěrek společnosti v letech 2015, 2016, 2017 a 2020. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to investigate the process and impact of insolvency proceeding on company VEBA, textilní společnost a.s. and the company’s creditors. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is general overview of insolvency proceedings with a focus on reorganization. Furthermore, methods of financial analysis, that will be used in the second part are specified. The second part is investigation of company reorganisation and impact on creditors. Financial analysis is used to determine whether the impact of insolvency and reorganisation was positive on the company |
