| Abstract: | Obsahem této bakalářské práce je strategické analýza společnosti Vivantis a.s. Cílem této práce je vyhodnocení současného postavení společnosti na trhu a porovnání s konkurenčními firmami. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše odborné literatury, na kterou následně navazuje část praktická. V té je vybraná společnost podrobena jednotlivým analýzám, které jsou na konci shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Na závěr bude poskytnuto doporučení, jež by mohlo vést k získání větší konkurenční výhody. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is a strategic analysis of Vivantis a.s. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current market position of the company and to compare it with its competitors. In the theoretical part, a literature review is conducted, which is followed by the practical part. In this section, the selected company is subjected to individual analyses, which are summarised in a SWOT analysis at the end. Finally, recommendations will be provided that could lead to a greater competitive advantage. |
