Abstract:
Work-life balance is a state of parity where an individual equally categorizes the demand of one's career and his/her demand in personal life. A good work-life balance includes less stress, a greater sense of well-being, and a lower risk of burnout. A good work-life balance benefits both the employer and the employee. Work-life balance is very important for a healthy work environment; it reduces stress among the employees and builds an indestructible workforce. The main aim of the present research study is to evaluate and analyse the work life balance in both India and the Czech Republic and also assess the main factor which impacts the performance of the work life balance. It is critical to examine the data acquired in order to obtain appropriate and developed outcomes as well as the overall study output. The descriptive method of analysis was utilised to analyse secondary data that was obtained in the form of various publications and articles available online. The exploratory Research design has been considered for conducting the investigation and getting the conclusion. There is significantly strong work life balance both in India and Czechia.
