| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zjišťuje zavedené udržitelné prvky, motivaci k jejich zavedení a důvody jejich nedostatku na příkladu středně velkého hudebního festivalu filmové hudby Soundtrack v Poděbradech v České republice. Primární výzkum proběhl kvalitativní formou pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s produkcí festivalu Soundtrack a se zástupci města Poděbrady. Ve výstupech výzkumné práce jsou popsány úspěšně zavedené udržitelné prvky na Soundtrack festivalu, konkrétní bariéry v udržitelném rozvoji na festivalu (finanční, nedostatečná informovanost, dlouhé procesy, omezenost v konání) a zjištění nedostatku odborných zdrojů k ekologické udržitelnosti pro české festivaly. Na závěr práce jsou formulovány konkrétní doporučení pro festival Soundtrack a město Poděbrady s cílem zvýšení ekologické udržitelnosti na festivalu Soundtrack. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis examines established sustainable elements, the motivation behind their introduction and the reasons behind their shortcomings at music festivals, drawing from the results of a qualitative research targeted at the annual Soundtrack Film Music Festival which takes place in Poděbrady, Czech Republic. The case specific qualitive research was undertaken as a series of semi-structured interviews with the production of the festival and representatives of the city of Poděbrady. The results of the research describe the successfully implemented sustainable elements of the festival as well as various barriers that disable the festival from being more sustainable overall. The conclusion of the thesis sets out specific recommendations for production of Soundtrack Music Festival and the city of Poděbrady towards better environmental sustainability of the festival in the future. |
