| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu „Rodinné firmy: dcery jako nástupkyně“. Cílem dané diplomové práce je identifikovat problém nástupnictví dcer v rodinných podnicích pomoci příslušné literatury. Znázornit specifika předávaní rodinného businessu dcerám kolem celého světa. Zvýraznit existující překážky v procesu předávání byznysu dcerám, pomocí zahraničí literatury, která se věnuje nástupnictví a procesů předávání rodinného byznysu. Metodikou dané diplomové práce je systematický přehled literatury. |

To illustrate the specifics of the handover of the family business to daughters around the world. Highlight existing obstacles in the process of handing over the business to daughters, using foreign literature that deals with succession and the processes of handing over the family business. The methodology of this diploma thesis is a literature systematic review. |
