| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců vybraného podniku. Cílem práce je porovnat pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců před a během pandemie Covid-19 a zhodnotit, zda, či jakým způsobem ji pandemie ovlivnila. V teoretické části jsou blíže popsány faktory, které pracovní spokojenost ovlivňují spolu s nástroji, které slouží k měření pracovní spokojenosti. Pro naplnění cíle byla zvolena triangulace metod. Bylo využito kombinace kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu. Kvantitativní výzkum byl založen na analýze série průzkumů spokojenosti provedených ve společnosti v letech 2018-2021. Kvalitativní průzkum navazoval na tuto analýzu pomocí provedení polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů se zaměstnanci zkoumané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with an analysis of job satisfaction of employees in a particular company. The goal of the thesis is to compare employees’ job satisfaction prior to and during the Covid-19 pandemic and find out if and how it changed. The theoretical part describes factors which influence job satisfaction along with tools used to measure it. Triangulation of methods was selected to fulfill the goals of the thesis. More specifically, a combination of quantitative and qualitative research was used, where the quantitative research involved a data analysis of a series of job satisfaction surveys conducted in the company in the period between 2018 and 2021. The qualitative research followed up on this analysis by conducting semi-structured deep interviews with 8 employees of the researched company. |
