| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finančním management nadací. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat, jak nadace v České republice v období od roku 2015 do roku 2019 řídily své finanční zdroje a jak je využívaly v managmentu ostatních zdrojů při dosahování svých vizí, cílů a poslání nadace. Šetření probíhalo na výzkumném vzorku 169 nadací formou statistických metod, popisné statistiky a grafů. Práce byla doplněna rozhovory s deseti nadacemi. Výsledky ukázaly, že 92 % českých nadací nezhodnocuje své volné finanční prostředky a drží velké množství likvidních aktiv. V závěru jsou formulovány možné přínosy i negativní dopady pro neinvestují nadace. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the financial management of foundations. The aim of the work was to map how foundations in the Czech Republic in the period from 2015 to 2019 managed their financial resources and how they used them in managing other resources in achieving their vision, goals and mission of the foundation. The survey was conducted on a research sample of 169 foundations in the form of statistical methods, descriptive statistics and graphs. The work was supplemented by interviews with ten foundations. The results showed that 92 % of Czech foundations value their free funds and hold a large amount of liquid assets. In the end, the possible benefits and negative impacts for non-investing foundations are formulated. |
