| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením cizinců na českém trhu práce z ohledem na jejich další integraci do společnosti. Cíly této práce byly analýza současných podmínek na pracovnám trhu v jakých se nachází cizí státní příslušníky, posouzeni o problematice jejich adaptace a také odhalení vlivu cizinců na pracovní trh jako takový. Výsledky dané práce jsou založené na primárním výzkumu, který byl proveden na základě dotazníkového šetřeni a hloubkových rozhovorů. V průběhu analýzy bylo zjištěno, že počet cizích státních příslušníku na českém trhu práce neustále roste a tato skutečnost při správném regulačním přístupu má kladné dopady na ekonomiku státu v němž svou práci provádí. Kromě toho v praktické časti dané práce bylo odhaleno to, že znalosti kulturních odlišnosti a vysoká úroveň českého jazyka mohou přispět integračním procesům cizinců. Však většina respondentů považuje Českou republiku za vhodnou zemi pro osobní rozvoj a práci. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the position of foreigners on the Czech labour market with regard to their further integration into society. The aims of this work were to analyse the current conditions in the labour market in which foreign nationals find themselves, to assess the issue of their adaptation and also to reveal the influence of foreigners on the labour market as such. The results of the work are based on primary research, which was conducted on the basis of a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews. During the analysis, it was found that the number of foreign nationals in the Czech labour market is constantly growing and this fact, with the right regulatory approach, has a positive impact on the economy of the country in which work is performed. In addition, in the practical part of the work it was revealed that knowledge of cultural differences and a high level of the Czech language can contribute to the integration processes of foreigners. However, most respondents consider the Czech Republic to be a suitable country for personal development and work. |
