| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou Dejvického Divadla. Cílem této práce je provést hloubkovou analýzu nejsignifikantnějších problémů obecně prospěšné společnosti Dejvické Divadlo a s pomocí vybraných metod strategické analýzy dopomoci formulovat vhodné strategie. Vybranými metodami jsou analýza stakeholderů a analýza nákladů a výnosů. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve tyto metody popsány, v části praktické následně aplikovány na vybranou společnost. V závěru práce jsou v návaznosti na provedenou analýzu navrženy doporučené strategické postupy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of prague theater Dejvické Divadlo. The aim of this work is to perform an in-depth analysis of the most significant problems of the non-profit company Dejvické Divadlo and with the help of selected methods of strategic analysis to formulate appropriate strategies. Selected methods are stakeholder snalysis and snalysis of costs and expenses. In the theoretical part, these methods are described and in the practical part applied to the selected company. At the end of the work recommended strategic procedures are proposed. |
