| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit názor českých investorů a jiných osob zapojených do investičního procesu. Cílem je také určit nejdůležitější slidy, jak má být strukturovaný a co má obsahovat prezentační nástroj Pitch Deck, který si startupová společnost vytvoří za cílem získat finanční pomoc od investora na budoucí rozšíření společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na 3 částí. V první teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a vysvětleny souvislosti, které jsou propojeny s problematikou Pitch Decků a jak má podle literatury vypadat. V druhé praktické části je proveden průzkum formou polostrukturovaného dotazníku s investory. Ve třetí části bakalářské práce jsou vyhodnoceny a shrnuty závěry. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the opinion of Czech investors and other people involved in the investment process. The aim is also to identify the most important slides, how it should be structured and what the Pitch Deck presentation tool that the startup company will create in order to obtain financial assistance from the investor for the future expansion of the company should be included. The bachelor thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first theoretical part describes the basic concepts and explains the context, which are connected with the issue of Pitch Decks and what it should look like according to the literature. In the second practical part, a survey is conducted in the form of a semi-structured questionnaire with investors. In the third part of the bachelor thesis, the conclusions are evaluated and summarized. |
