| Abstract: | Technologie prošly v posledních dvou desetiletích velice rychlým vývojem a nic nenasvědčuje tomu, že by se toto tempo zpomalilo. S výhodami využívání technologií zejména při práci jsou však spojené i určité negativní efekty. Jedním z nich je technostres. Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl zkoumat výskyt technostresu a jeho vliv na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců firmy Družstevní závody Dražice-Strojírna s.r.o. V rámci kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření provedeného v praktické části byl zjištěn statisticky významný negativní dopad na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců zkoumané firmy. Dále byla zkoumána závislost na proměnných pohlaví, věk, úroveň nejvyššího dosaženého vzdělání, míra využití informačních a komunikačních technologií a doba působení ve firmě. Závislost úrovně technostresu na těchto proměnných se ve firmě nepodařila dokázat. Během analýzy však došlo k jinému zajímavému zjištění. Bylo vyzkoumáno, že zaměstnanci pracující ve firmě déle pociťují statisticky vyšší úroveň psychické pracovní zátěže. Firmě bylo doporučeno se na tuto problematiku blíže zaměřit. |

| Abstract: | Technology has undergone a very rapid evolution in the last two decades and there is no sign of this pace slowing down. However, there are some negative effects associated with the benefits of using technology, especially at work. One of these is technostress. This bachelor's thesis aims to investigate the occurrence of technostress and its effect on the job satisfaction of the employees of Družstevní závody Dražice-Strojírna s.r.o. In the quantitative questionnaire survey conducted in the practical part, a statistically significant negative impact on the job satisfaction of the employees of the studied company was found. Furthermore, the dependence on the variables of gender, age, level of the highest education attained, the level of information and communication technologies usage and the duration of employment in the company was examined. The dependence of the level of technostress on these variables failed to prove the issue in the firm. However, during the analysis, another interesting finding was made. It was found that employees working longer in the firm experience statistically higher levels of psychological workload. The firm was advised to look further into this issue. |
