| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem vybraných makroekonomických proměnných s čistým ziskem českých středních a velkých podniků v letech 2011-2020. Cílem je určit, které konkrétní makroekonomické faktory ovlivňují čistý zisk firem, na základě určení korelace mezi těmito proměnnými. První část práce ukotvuje téma teoreticky, vysvětluje základní pojmy a analyzuje studie, které se obdobným tématem již zabývaly. V praktické části jsou interpretovány výsledky výpočtu korelačních koeficientů a definovány makroekonomické ukazatele, na které by se měl management zaměřit. Lineární vztah s čistým ziskem byl prokázán pro HDP, nezaměstnanost, průměrnou nominální mzdu a obchodní bilanci. Doporučená praktická využití na základě těchto zjištění spočívají v očištění zisku od makroekonomických vlivů při porovnávání výkonností firem a přesnější predikci budoucích zisků. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between selected macroeconomic variables and the net profit of Czech medium and large enterprises in the years 2011-2020. The aim is to determine which specific macroeconomic factors affect the net profit of firms, by determining the correlation between these variables. The first part of the thesis anchors the topic theoretically, explains the basic concepts and analyzes studies that have already dealt with a similar topic. The practical part interprets the results of the calculation of correlation coefficients and defines macroeconomic indicators on which management should focus. A linear relationship with net profit was confirmed for GDP, unemployment, average nominal wages and the trade balance. The recommended practical uses based on these findings are to rid the profit of macroeconomic influences for better company performance comparison and more accurate future profit prediction using macroeconomic prediction. |
