| Abstract: | Hlavním této diplomové práce je provedení komplexní evaluace letních scén Divadla Studio DVA, Divadla Kalich, Městského divadla Brno a Východočeského divadla Pardubice. Evaluace je provedena na základě principů 3E, tedy zhodnocení účelnosti, účinnosti a hospodárnosti. Následně je provedena multikriteriální analýza, která z hlediska zvolených kritérií a určených vah seřadila jednotlivé letní divadelní scény od nejefektivnější k nejméně efektivní. V rámci celkového vyhodnocení provedené evaluace byly stanoveny meze a možnosti provozování letních scén a navržena možná řešení neefektivností. Pro účely této diplomové práce byl proveden kvantitativní i kvalitativní výzkum. Přínosem práce je kromě zhodnocení provozu vybraných letních scén také sjednocení metodiky, kterou lze využít pro případnou evaluaci dalších divadelních scén. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the open-air theatres of the Studio DVA Theatre, Kalich Theatre, Brno City Theatre and East Bohemian Theatre Pardubice. The evaluation is based on the 3E principles, i.e. evaluation of effectiveness, efficiency and economy. Subsequently, a multi-criteria analysis is carried out, which in terms of the selected criteria and determined weights ranked the individual open-air theatre scenes from the most to the least effective. As part of the overall evaluation carried out, the limits and possibilities of operating the open-air theatres were identified and possible solutions to inefficiencies were proposed. For the purpose of this thesis, both quantitative and qualitative research was conducted. The contribution of the thesis, besides the evaluation of the operation of the selected open-air theatres, is also the unification of a methodology that can be used for the possible evaluation of other theatres. |
