| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práci “Strategická analýza konkrétního společnosti„ je provedení komplexní strategické analýzy podniku a navržení strategického doporučení se zaměřéním na zvyšování investiční atraktivity podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část práce popisuje problematiku strategie, strategické analýzy, strategického řižení a souvisejících metod. V praktické části práce jsou teoretické metody aplikovány na konkretní podnik. Provedeny analýzy externího a interního prostředí, které slouží k identifikaci příležitostí a hrozeb, slabých a silných stránek podniku. Na základě výsledků je provedena komplexní analýza, která je východiskem pro zpracování strategického doporučení se zaměřéním na zvyšování investiční atraktivity podniku. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of the bachelor thesis "Strategic analysis of specific company" is an elaboration of analysis of the company and suggestion the strategic recommendations focused on increasing the investment attractiveness of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of strategic, strategic analysis, strategic management and relevant methods. In the practical part theoretical knowledge and methods are applied on specific company. Conducted analyzes of the external and internal environment, which serve to identify opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. Suggested strategy is based on the results of previous analyzes, which is the starting point for the strategic recommendation with a focus on increasing investment attractiveness of the company. |
