| Abstract: | Tématem mojí bakalářské práce je Integrace zdravotně postižených na trh práce. Cílem této práce je identifikace bariér a možností integrace zdravotně postižených na trh práce. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se budu zabývat jednotlivými pojmy a druhy zdravotního postižení. Dále se budu věnovat možnostem zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených osob. V praktické části budu provádět polostrukturované rozhovory se zástupci neziskových organizací a jejich klientů. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this thesis is integration of the handicapped in the labor market. The goal of this thesis is to identify the barriers the handiccaped might be facing and the options of their integration in the labor market. This document is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the specific terms and handicaps are described and studied. The specific options of employment of the handicapped are also studied in this part of this thesis. In the practical part of this thesis, the research conducted through partially structured interviews with representatives of non-profit organizations and their clients are assessed and studied. |
