| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení strategické analýzy pro společnost Constellium SE, pomocí které budou zjištěny silné a slabé stránky společnosti a také případné příležitosti a hrozby plynoucí z vnějšího okolí podniku na základě, kterých budou formulována strategická doporučení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány použité metody, které tvoří základ pro praktickou část. Ve druhé části práce jsou následně provedeny jednotlivé analýzy okolí a vnitřních zdrojů podniku. K analýze okolí byla použita PESTLE analýza, analýza konkurence, Porterův model pěti sil a analýza odvětví. Vnitřní zdroje a schopnosti podniku pak byly analyzovány pomocí VRIO analýzy a finanční analýzy. Propojení a zhodnocení jednotlivých analýz bylo nakonec provedeno pomocí SWOT analýzy. Na závěr práce byla na základě provedených analýz zhodnocena situace podniku a formulace strategických doporučení pro společnost. Výsledkem práce bylo zjištění, že je společnost zdravá a očekává se její pozitivní vývoj. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis for Constellium SE, which will identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company as well as possible opportunities and threats arising from the external environment of the company. On the basis of which strategic recommendations will be formulated. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretic part describes the methods used, which forms the basis for the practical part. In the second part of the work are then performed individual analyzes of the environment and internal resources of the company. PESTLE analysis, competition analysis, Porter's five forces model and industry analysis were used to analyze the environment. The company's internal resources and capabilities were then analyzed by using VRIO analysis and financial analysis. The connection and evaluation of individual analyzes was finally performed using SWOT analysis. At the end of the thesis, the situation of the company was evaluated and strategic recommendations for the company were formulated on the basis of the conducted analyses. As a result of the work, it was found that the company is healthy and its positive development is expected. |
