Abstract:
The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is a business strategy for DAYA, a sustainable fashion brand. The major purpose is to discover effective components and analytical tools for a business plan and to use obtained information inside the university's course knowledge on practice. The fundamental business concept is to present the good quality organic casual wear provided with creativity, originality, and, most importantly, cultural meaning. DAYA is also eager to build a friendly community of individuals who share the same heritage and goals. The theoretical portion is based on secondary research in academic publications as well as internet resources. The practical section of the business plan comprises important parts of the business plan such as market potential analysis, capability assessment, marketing, and financial statements.
