| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trhu práce v Karlovarském kraji se zaměřením na nezaměstnanost v letech 2011-2020, která je srovnávána s průměry nezaměstnanosti v České republice ve stejných letech. Dále se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodářství a nezaměstnaných rizikových skupin v tomto kraji. Cílem práce je analýza vývoje nezaměstnanosti a rizikových skupin v Karlovarském kraji s následným doporučením ke zlepšení situace. Teoretická část je věnována základním pojmům z oblasti trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti, které jsou potřebné pro pochopení problematiky v praktické části. Praktická část je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku Karlovarského kraje a jeho hospodářství skrze data z Veřejného rejstříků a Sbírky listin. Dále je analyzován trh práce a nezaměstnanost pomocí dat z Českého statistického úřadu. Data jsou následně vyhodnocena a z jejich výsledků jsou sestaveny příležitosti a hrozby pro Karlovarský kraj, které budou sloužit jako doporučení ke snížení nezaměstnanosti a zlepšení ekonomické situace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the labor market in the Karlovy Vary Region with a focus on unemployment rates in 2011-2020, which are compared with the averages of unemployment rates in the Czech Republic in the same years. It also concentrates on the analysis of the economy of the region and its unemployed risk groups. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the development of unemployment and risk groups in the Karlovy Vary Region with subsequent recommendations on ways to improve the situation. The theoretical framework is devoted to definitions of basic concepts in the field of labor market and unemployment, which are important for understanding the issues discussed in the practical part. The practical part focuses on the basic characteristics of the Karlovy Vary Region and its economy through data from the Public Registers and the Collection of Documents. It also deals with the analysis of the labor market and unemployment rate based on the data acquired from the Czech Statistical Office. Following the evaluation of the data, their results are used to compile opportunities and threats for the Karlovy Vary region, which will be used as recommendations for reducing unemployment rate and improving the economic situation in the region. |
