| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je společenský dopad a možnosti jeho měření v neziskových organizacích. Pro účely výzkumu byla vybrána nezisková organizace Neposeda, z.ú. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na neziskový sektor vČeské republice, fungování neziskových organizací a jejich financování. Pojednává o tom, jak organizace mohou sledovat svůj společenský dopad a o možných metodách jeho měření. V následujících kapitolách je vysvětlena Analýza stakeholderů a Řetězec dopadu podle konceptu Teorie změny. V praktické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum, nejdříve je popsáno stávající fungování organizace Neposeda, z.ú., poté provedeno pozorování ve službě Autobus, a nakonec realizován skupinový rozhovor s vedením služby Autobus. Na základě výstupů zvýzkumu bylo sestaveno doporučení, které by mělo pomoct zkvalitnit služby organizace Neposeda do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this work is the social impact and the possibilities of measuring it in non- profit organizations. For the research was chosen, the non-profit organization Neposeda, z.ú. The theoretical part focuses on the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic, on the non-profit organizations and their financing. It discusses how an organization can monitor its social impact and possible methods of measuring it. The following chapters explain the Stakeholder Analysis and the Impact Chain according to the concept of the Theory of Change. The practical part is qualitative research, which firstly describes the current functioning of the organization Neposeda, z.ú., then conducted observations on the service Autobus, and finally a group interview with the management of the service Autobus. Based on the results of the research, a recommendations were made that should help improve the quality of Neposeda's services in the future. |
