| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovým řízením vývoje softwaru se zaměřením na agilní metodiku Scrum. V teoretické části byly popsány základní jednotlivé přístupy k vývoji softwaru se zaměřením na agilní metodiku Scrum. U této metodiky byl popsán její proces, metodologie, nástroje a metriky. V praktické části byla vypočtena hodnota metriky Time to Market, která byla srovnána s hodnotami této metriky u konkurenčních společností obdobné velikosti. Dále byla zjištěna hodnota metriky Team velocity. Na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s manažery společnosti byla vypadána doporučení vedoucí ke zrychlení dodávky softwaru. Tato doporučení byla společně s naměřenými metrikami předána vedení společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with project management of software development with a focus on agile Scrum methodology. The theoretical part describes the basic approaches to software development with a focus on agile Scrum methodology. The process, methodology, tools and metrics of this methodology were described. In the practical part, the value of the Time to Market metric was calculated, which was compared with the values of this metric for competing companies of similar size. The value of the Team velocity metric was also determined. Based on a semi-structured interview with the company's managers, recommendations were made to speed up software delivery. These recommendations, together with the measured metrics, were passed on to the company's management. |
