| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit činnosti nestátních neziskových organizací v oblasti kultury a zhodnotit financování organizací Johan z.ú. a Buranteatr z.s. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. V té první jsou teoreticky vymezené neziskové organizace, jejich specifika a problematika financování NO. Druhá část se věnuje metodologii finanční analýzy, která je pak prakticky aplikována ve čtvrté části práce. Ve třetí části práce poté popisuji dvě organizace zvolené pro finanční analýzu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to present the activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the field of culture and to evaluate the funding of organizations Johan z.ú. and Buranteatr z.s. The work is divided into four main parts. The first is theoretically defining non-profit organizations, their specifics and issues of financing. The second part deals with the methodology of financial analysis, which is then practically applied in the fourth part of the work. In the third part of this work I then describe two organizations selected for financial analysis. |
