| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh strategických kroků pro škálovatelnost podnikatelské činnosti společnosti SBID s.r.o., která začala podnikat v průběhu pandemie COVID-19. Práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí: teoretické, praktické a výzkumné. V rámci teoretické části jsou popsány metody jednotlivých analýz, které jsou aplikovány v části praktické. Výzkumná část práce byla vedena v podobě hloubkových rozhovorů s hlavními stakeholdery společnosti. Strategie pro budoucí chod společnosti byla stanovena v rámci závěrečné části. Mezi hlavní body strategie se řadí zlepšení obchodního procesu společnosti, navýšení investic do náborového procesu nebo také zkrácení fakturačního období. Výsledek této bakalářské práce bude použit jako podklad pro řízení společnosti v následujících letech. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to propose strategic steps for the scalability of business activities of the company SBID s.r.o., which started doing business during the COVID-19 pandemic. The bachelor´s thesis consists of three main parts: theoretical, practical and the research part. The theoretical part describes methods of analysis, which are applied in the practical part. The research part of the work was conducted in the form of depth interviews with the main stakeholders of the company. The proposal of strategic steps for the future operating part of business was set out in the final part. The main points of the strategy are: improving company´s sales processes, increasing investments in the recruitment process or shortening the invoicing period. The results of this bachelor´s thesis will be used as a basis for company management decisions in the upcoming years. |
