| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl představit cirkulární ekonomiku, zasadit ji do širšího kontextu osvětlením pojmu udržitelnost a následně je toto poznání použito při popisu motivací k přechodu na cirkulární modely a při návrhu cirkulárního řešení u vybraného podniku. V rámci představení pojmu cirkulární ekonomika se práce soustředí na popis nejvýraznějších myšlenkových proudů, které tento fenomén formovaly. Dále je cirkulární ekonomika konfrontována s aktuálním, lineárním modelem ekonomiky. Zásadní je popis cirkulárních business modelů, které jsou inspirací pro praktickou část. Závěrem je vybrán nejvhodnější business model pro popis aktuálního a navrhovaného stavu v rámci Pražských služeb a.s. Praktická část čtenáře detailně seznamuje se společností Pražské služby a.s., popisuje její současné aktivity za použití vybraného business modelu. Pozornost je také věnována motivaci, která vede společnost k přechodu na cirkulární model. Dále práce obsahuje návrh cirkulárního řešení, které je opět představeno za použití vybraného business modelu a toto řešení je následně vyhodnoceno. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis aims to introduce the concept of circular economy and sets it to the broader context by explaining the concept of sustainability. The thesis is using this knowledge to introduce a new circular solution for a particular enterprise. In the theoretical part, the most important schools of thought which formed circular economy are explained. The circular economy is compared with its linear equivalent. The essential part of the thesis is a description of circular business models. At the end of the theoretical part, the author decides which business model suits the best for the purposes of explaining the actual state of the company and describing the new circular solution. Practical part of the thesis presents Pražské služby a.s. and describes the activities of the company while using a particular business model. It also describes the motivation behind switching from the linear to the circular model. At the end draft of the circular solution is introduced and evaluated. |
