| Abstract: | Studentské spolky, jako například spolek Studujeme FPH, představují podstatnou část života studentů na univerzitách. Vnitřní struktura těchto spolků se však liší a v některých případech nemusí být nastavena efektivně. Cílem této práce je proto odpovědět na otázku – Jaká je nejefektivnější organizační struktura, kterou by měl spolek Studujeme FPH zvolit? S využitím částečně strukturovaného rozhovoru, vedeného se členy zkoumaného spolku i jiných organizací bylo na toto téma zjištěno, že současná podoba organizační struktury funkčního typu je pro spolek Studujeme FPH nejefektivnější, spolek se však přesto potýká s problémem standardizace, komunikace, rozdělení úkolů a jiné. Spolku je proto doporučeno zachování současné organizační struktury, zároveň však také přijetí konkrétních navrhovaných změn. |

| Abstract: | Student societies, such as Studujeme FPH, are an essential part of student life at universities. However, the internal structure of these societies varies and, in some cases, may not be set up effectively. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to answer the question - What is the most effective organizational structure that the Studujeme FPH society should choose? Using a semi-structured interview conducted with members of the Studujeme FPH society and other organizations was found that the current form of a functional type of organizational structure is the most effective, however the Studujeme FPH society still faces problems regarding standardization, communication, division of tasks, etc. It is therefore recommended that the society maintains its current organizational structure, but also adopts the proposed changes. |
