| Abstract: | Po významném rozvoji search funds ve Spojených státech amerických dochází s jistým časovým posunem k prvním využitím tohoto modelu i v rámci střední Evropy a České republiky. Neexistuje však zatím žádný odborný text, který by se tomuto modelu věnoval a českému čtenáři objektivně představil jeho fungování a uplatnění v České republice. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit aktuální stav search funds v České republice v kontextu historického i budoucího vývoje. Pomocí metody instrumentální případová studie byli představeni čeští search fund podnikatelé a podle socio-ekonomické a klasifikační analýzy proběhlo zhodnocení prostředí pro rozvoj search funds v ČR. Na základě získaných poznatků byly identifikovány klíčové příležitosti a bariéry pro další rozvoj tohoto modelu u nás. |

| Abstract: | After the significant development of search funds in the United States, the first use of this model is also taking place in Central Europe and the Czech Republic. However, there is no local professional text that would objectively present its characteristics and feasibility in the Czech Republic. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current state of search funds in the Czech Republic in the context of historical and future development. Czech search fund entrepreneurs were introduced using the instrumental case study method. The environment for the future development of search funds in the Czech Republic was evaluated according to socio-economic and classification analysis. Based on the findings, key opportunities and barriers for further development of this model in the Czech Republic were identified and are presented in the conclusion. |
