| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá analýzou podnikatelského modelu sociálně prospěšného projektu Easy Café skrze rozpoznání problematiky situace pracovně znevýhodněných na trhu práce a jejich možnosti uplatnění a začlenění do společnosti. Zobrazení business modelu probíhá pomocí koncepce Flourishing business canvas zaměřené na sociální podnikání. Pro zmapování problematiky a ověření zájmu cílové skupiny projektu jsou zpracovány hloubkové polo strukturované rozhovory a dotazníková šetření směřovaná na paraplegiky, či členy organizací, které je zastupují. Z vycházejících poznatků je sestaven finální business model a představení projektu doplněné o předběžnou kalkulaci výnosů a nákladů a SWOT analýzu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the business model of the socially beneficial project: Easy Café, by recognizing the situation of the disadvantaged in the labor market and their opportunities for employment and integration into society. The display of the business model is carried out using the concept of Flourishing business canvas focused on social entrepreneurship. To map the issue and verify the interest of the target group of the project, in-depth semi-structured interviews and questionnaire surveys aimed at paraplegics or members of the organizations that represent them are prepared. The final business model and presentation of the project are compiled from the based knowledge, supplemented by a preliminary calculation of revenues and costs and SWOT analysis. |
