| Abstract: | Profesní online sítě přinášejí mnoho možností k networkingu. Uživatel může udržovat a vytvářet pracovních kontakty, pravidelněji interagovat s relevantními komunitami v oboru, prezentovat svůj pracovní i osobní život skrze příspěvky nebo získávat informace přímo od zdroje. Cílem této bakalářské práce je určit současné relevantní profesní sítě z pohledu networkingu manažerů, podnikatelů a ředitelů. Výstup rozhovorů je prezentován ve třech kategoriích, díky kterým jsou následně zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a splněn cíl práce. Práce dospěla k poznatkům týkajícím se převážně relevantnosti profesních sítí, možností networkingu na internetu a firemního přístupu k této problematice. Závěrem je nutné říct, že prostředí profesních sítí je velmi komplexní a stále se vyvíjí, tudíž výsledky obdobné práce by se v časovém horizontu několika let mohly výrazně lišit. |

| Abstract: | Professional online networks bring countless possibilities for networking. Users can expand and maintain their professional contacts, regularly interact with communities close to their area of expertise, share work achievements, present themselves both professionally and personally or get relevant news right from its source. The main goal of this thesis is to come up with up-to-date relevant professional online networks suited for networking activities. Results are presented in three categories based on which were completed the goals of thesis. Results of this thesis speaks about professional networks, relevant possibilities of networking in online environment and about companies’ perspective in that matter. In the end we must mention that professional online networks are complex, and their evolution continues everyday basis. So, it is possible, that the results of this thesis will not be relevant in a few years. |
