| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza strategického řízení tří pražských divadel různých právních forem s akcentem na finanční stránku za účelem jejich porovnání. Výstupem práce je studie porovnávající strategické řízení divadel v následujících právních úpravách: s.r.o., založený spolek a příspěvková organizace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí – teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody strategické analýzy, které jsou využívány v praktické části práce. Využívána je analýza PESTEL, analýza konkurence, Porterův model 5 sil, Analýza stakeholderů, VRIO analýza a finanční analýza. Praktická část práce je ukončena syntézou ve formě SWOT analýzy. Závěrem práce je shrnutí a porovnání strategií a závěrečné poznatky a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is the analysis of strategic planning of three Prague-based theatres. Each theatre has a different legal form of its business. Two of these theatres are non-profit-making organizations and one is a corporate organization. The aim of the strategic analysis in this thesis is to compare the strategic planning of these theatres based on their legal forms. This thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes all of the instruments and methods used in the strategic analysis such as PESTEL, analysis of competition, Porter’s five forces analysis, stakeholder analysis, financial analysis, VRIO analysis and SWOT. The practical part of this thesis is putting all of the previously mentioned tools to use. The closing part of this thesis includes the final recommendation and overall conclusion. |
