| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat dosavadní průběh projektu Koupálo Janovičky týkající se revitalizace objektu bývalého koupaliště spadajícího do katastrálního území obce Heřmánkovice a na základě vyhodnocení SWOT analýzy doporučit adekvátní kroky do budoucna pro upevnění silných stránek, posílení těch slabých, identifikování příležitostí a zamezení hrozeb. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů jako je udržitelný rozvoj území, roli veřejné a státní správy v tomto procesu; a pojmu brownfields včetně jeho legislativního a ekonomického zastřešení v Česku. Praktická část popisuje historii zkoumaného brownfieldu, charakterizuje spolek, jenž se revitalizace ujal a analyzuje dosavadní postup obnovy koupaliště na základě kvalitativních rozhovorů vedených s vrchními představiteli spolku BCB. Následně je provedena SWOT analýza a do jejího vyhodnocení zakomponovány autorské návrhy. V závěru práce je důraz kladen na nezbytnost udržitelného rozvoje na našem území a sumarizace poznatků z celé práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current course of the project Koupálo Janovičky concerning the revitalization of the former swimming pool building falling within the cadastral territory of the municipality of Heřmánkovice and on the basis of the SWOT analysis to recommend adequate steps for the future to consolidate the strengths, strengthen the weaknesses, identify opportunities and avoid threats. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of basic concepts such as sustainable development of the territory, the role of public and state administration in this process and the concept of brownfields including its legislative and economic coverage in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the history of the studied brownfield, characterizes the association that undertook the revitalization and analyzes the current progress of the restoration of the swimming pool on the basis of qualitative interviews conducted with senior representatives of the association BCB. Subsequently, a SWOT analysis is carried out and the authors' suggestions are incorporated into the evaluation. The thesis concludes by emphasizing the necessity of sustainable development in our area and summarizing the findings of the whole work. |
