Abstract: | While creating a team, it might be useful to know that would appeal to your employees the most and what they consider as effective. The goal of this paper is to find out which leadership aspects would evoke the most positive reaction and which of them would be considered as effective in the minds of representatives of Generation Z in Czech Republic. Results of this style could help modern managers to understand which approach in terms of teambuilding, leadership and organizational design would be met with favor by employees that belong to Generation Z in Czechia. During the research, several contemporary studies in the area of leadership and generational theory were compiled and reviewed. Then, several common aspects of leadership were identified, based on the papers observed. After that, representatives of Generation Z in Czech Republic were surveyed, and their responses then were processed and interpreted. Research provided an overview on how effective and how appealing certain aspects of leadership are for people of Generation Z |
