| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje certifikaci letecké výroby výrobního podniku ellipse aero s.r.o. Zaměřuje se především na oblast supply chain managementu a quality managementu za účelem získání certifikace EASA POA. Praktická část práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části autor popisuje a analyzuje aktuální stav podniku a jeho malého výrobního závodu. V druhé části navrhne řešení v podobě nastavení firemních procesů a aplikuje ho na sledovaný podnik. Třetí fáze se věnuje především získávání certifikace samotné. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is about the certification of the Czech aircraft manufacturing company ellipse aero s.r.o. It focuses mainly on the area of supply chain management and quality management in order to obtain EASA POA certification. The practical part of the thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, the author describes and analyses the current state of the company and its small production plant. In the second part he proposes a solution in the form of setting up company processes and applies it to the enterprise under study. The third part is mainly devoted to obtaining the certification itself. |
