| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zpracovává analýzu péče o zaměstnance se zaměřením na společnost Slovácká pekárna s.r.o. Cílem praktické části je zjistit a zanalyzovat aktuální situaci péče o zaměstnance, prozkoumat s tímto stavem spojenou dosavadní spokojenost zaměstnanců a navrhnout opatření, jež by pomohla ke zdokonalení pracovních podmínek. Teoretická část bude popisovat jednotlivé složky péče o zaměstnance, a tudíž: zaměstnanecké odměňování, jednotlivé pracovní podmínky a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. V praktické části bude aktuální stav péče o zaměstnance zkoumán pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků dotazníků, tedy míry spokojenosti zaměstnanců, a vědomostí nabytých z teoretické části, budou navržena doporučení, která by mohla dosavadní stav zlepšit. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis analyses employee care with a focus on the company Slovácká pekárna s.r.o. The aim of the practical part is to identify and analyse the current situation of employee care, to examine the current employee satisfaction related to this situation and to propose measures that would help to improve working conditions. The theoretical part will describe the different components of employee care and therefore: employee remuneration, individual working conditions and employee training. In the practical part, the current state of employee care will be investigated by means of a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the questionnaire, i.e. the level of employee satisfaction, and the knowledge gained from the theoretical part, recommendations will be proposed that could improve the current situation. |
