| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzy společnosti Notino, s.r.o a na jejím základě navrhnout strategická doporučení pro vrcholový management. Jednotlivé kroky a jejich návaznost sledují standardizovanou logiku strategické analýzy. Struktura práce zahrnuje rozbor vztahů společnosti s vnějším okolím a analýzu vnitřních zdrojů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se skládá z popisu logiky strategické analýzy a popisu metod, které jsou následně aplikovány v části praktické. V závěru práce lze najít syntézu výstupů jednotlivých analýz z praktické části a návrh strategických doporučení pro úspěšné fungování společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Bachelor´s Thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Notino, s.r.o. and to propose strategic recommendations for the top management. The individual steps and their sequence follow the standardised logic of strategic analysis. The structure of the thesis includes analysis of the company's relations with the external environment and analysis of internal resources. The Bachelor's Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of a description of the logic of strategic analysis and clarification of methods, which subsequently applied in the practical part. The thesis concludes with a synthesis of the outcomes of the analyses from the practical part and a proposal of strategic recommendations for the successful functioning of the company. |
