| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza spokojenosti účastníků Trainee programu vybrané společnosti. Spokojenost je zkoumána prostřednictvím metod analýza rozptylu a chí-kvadrát, na základě jednotlivých faktorů spokojenosti a celkové spokojenosti. Teoretická oblast charakterizuje hlavní pojmy vztahující se k objasnění stěžejních faktorů a kritérií nutných pro analýzu v praktické části práce. Zaměřuje se na teoretická východiska, která jsou používána pro sledování a hodnocení postupů uskutečňovaného výzkumu. Praktická část diplomové práce je orientována na konkrétní zvolené postupy v realizovaném výzkumu. Tato část přibližuje zjištěné výsledky ve vybrané společnosti a za využití kvalitativního a kvantitativního dotazování sleduje plnění stanovených cílů. V závěrečné části diplomové práce je uvedena sumarizace zjištěných skutečností. Na základě daných poznatků jsou navrženy některé možné přístupy ke konkrétním faktorům, pomocí kterých by mělo dojít k rozvoji spokojenosti účastníků Trainee programu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the satisfaction of Trainee program participants of a specific company. Satisfaction will be examined using methods of analysis of variance and chi-square based on individual satisfaction factors and overall satisfaction. The theoretical section characterizes the main concepts related to the clarification of key factors and criteria vital for the practical thesis section. It focuses on the theoretical basis that is used to monitor and evaluate the research. The practical part of the diploma thesis is described the specific procedures used in the research. This part presents the outcomes of the research conducted in the specific company and uses qualitative and quantitative surveys to follow the fulfilment of set goals. The conclusion of the diploma thesis summarizes the findings. Based on them proposes possible approaches to specific factors, which should develop the satisfaction of Trainee program participants. |
