| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na náborový proces ve farmaceutické organizaci. Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza náborového procesu ve vybrané organizaci a případně návrh řešení, jak tento proces zefektivnit. Úvod teoretické části je věnován personální práci a jejímu vývoji. Dále jsou zde detailně popsány dvě personální činnosti – získávání a výběr zaměstnanců. V rámci praktické části je provedena analýza činností získávání a výběru pracovníků v dané organizaci. Ta je uskutečněna na základě rozhovorů s personalistkami a zaměstnanci, kteří nedávno do společnosti nastoupili, a analýzou interních dokumentů. V poslední části jsou na základě provedené analýzy navržena konkrétní doporučení, která vedou k zefektivnění celého procesu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the recruitment process in the pharmaceutical organization. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the recruitment process in the selected organization and possibly propose a solution to make the hiring process more effective. The theoretical part is mostly devoted to personnel work and its development. In addition, two personnel activities are described in detail – recruitment and selection of employees. Within the practical part, an insight into the activities of recruiting and selecting employees in the selected organization is carried out. This is done on the basis of interviews with HR specialists and employees who have recently joined the company and an overview of internal documents. In the last part, specific recommendations are proposed on the basis of the analysis carried out, which should lead to a streamlining of the entire process. |
