| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na absolventy kurzu Chůva pro děti do zahájení povinné školní docházky. Kurz byl pořádán na jaře roku 2021 ve společnosti Domestica, s.r.o. v období pandemie Covid-19. Cílem práce je zjistit motivace a bariéry absolventů daného kurzu. Tento cíl je v práci zjišťován pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně rozhovorů s absolventkami daného kurzu a v rozhovoru s majitelkou společnosti Domestica, s.r.o. Z analýzy rozhovorů byla zjištěna největší motivace, proč absolvovat kurz. Majitelka i absolventky se shodly, že největší motivací je motivace vnitřní, konkrétně že absolventky samy chtějí pracovat s dětmi. Z této bakalářské práce plynou také bariéry bránící absolvování kurzu. V bakalářské práci bylo zjištěno, že motivace převažují nad bariérami. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor Thesis focuses on graduates of the course Nanny for Children until the start of compulsory schooling. The course was organized in the spring of 2021 in the company Domestica, s.r.o. during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of the work is to find out the motivations and the barriers of the graduates of the course. This goal is determined in the work by means of qualitative research, specifically interviews with graduates of the course and in an interview with the owner of the company Domestica, s.r.o. The analysis of the interviews revealed the greatest motivations for taking the course. The owner and the graduates agreed that the biggest motivation is internal motivation, specifically that the graduates themselves want to work with children. Barriers to completing the course also follow from this Bachelor Thesis. In the Bachelor Thesis it was found that motivations outweigh the barriers. |
